My Chocolate Demonstrations have become very popular in recent years with clubs, societies and WI's in Oxfordshire and the Home Counties. Whilst demonstrating the secrets of making very beautiful handmade chocolates, I chat about my life as a freelance violinist and touring musician. I share chocolate techniques, designs and recipes, and of how the magic of chocolate inspired me to start my own business.
Everyone will sample, share, taste and enjoy a selection of delicious flavours and have a glimpse into the world of hand made Artisan chocolates.
